International Shipping

While California Cycleworks is scaling back our international shipments, we are accepting orders for our MH900e Endurance Tank Kits for worldwide delivery. Normally, we use the postal service for such deliveries; however, postal delivery to some countries from the US are limited to parcels smaller than what we need for the fuel tank. In these cases, we ship via BaxGlobal.

At this time, countries we know which require BaxGlobal shipment are the UK (+ Ireland and Scotland), Australia, Taiwan, and S. Africa. For these countries, BaxGlobal has different shipping rates based on delivery to your door or to the closest major airport to your post code. From our previous experience, delivery to a major airport is approximately US$125, while delivery to your door is anywhere from US$150 to $200.

When you order, please indicate your preference on shipping and the closest major airport if airport delivery is your choice.

The reason we sometimes need to use an independent carrier is due to the parcel size for shipping the box, which is 30x15x15 inches. This box has a theoretical dimensional length + girth of 90 inches, but in reality is 92 inches. Many countries limit Express Mail Service to 79 inches length + girth. To learn more about post limitations, click here, find your country and scroll to the end. If you see "Maximum length and girth combined: 79 inches", you're needing to use BaxGlobal. If it says 108, then we'll use the more economical Express Mail Service.
