Ca Cycleworks Links Page

Links to Ducati related websites

  • ducatitech.com : This informational website, founded in 1994 on a college webhost, is what eventually gave birth to Ca Cycleworks and this website. ducatitech.com was started by Chris Kelley, principal of ca-cycleworks.com, as a webpage to share a couple pictures of his 1992 Ducati 900SS. As Chris discovered how little information is "out there" for Ducatis, he started contributing his knowledge to the web community. As this grew, ducatitech.com was started and has become a resource for Ducati owners around the world.
  • ducatimonsterforum.org : From the micapeak listservers, this community started over a decade ago as the dml or Ducati Monster List. It had moved to a www based "bbs forum", which recently was bought out and is filled with flashing banner advertisements. The community moved to the present domain in mid 2008 and now is generally referred to as the DMF, or Ducati Monster Forum. This amazing group of passionate Ducati enthusiasts (and addicts) provide hours of entertainment (or drama) and rapid response with great info when folks post pleas for tech help. Bookmark ducatimonsterforum.org now!
  • ducati.com : the manufacturer’s website is a great source for information and pictures. Better still: they have a great site with attractive design and current and relevant information. Their racing section has received accolades for being quickly updated and filled with outstanding photos.
  • ducati.com/en/bikes/service/ : Ducati’s "service" section has links to PDF copies of owner’s manuals as well as parts catalogs. Both go back to year model 2000. The parts catalogs are an incredible resource for researching parts interchangeability between different years or models, seeing a drawing of how parts fit together, and providing your dealer with part numbers when making inquiries.
  • ducatiseattle.com : A dealer who supports and has an online presence in enthusiast web forums - with friendly and helpful staff who help Ducati owners around the country who may not have easy access to a dealer.
  • Brad Black’s Moto One Performance Notebook is an amazing resource of technical information about tuning and Ducati parts. His Ducati Cams entry is one we turn to often for reference.
  • Doug Lofgren, on his informative site, shares an amazing amount of information about Ducatis, EFI, and tuning. He is methodical and very good at "why". He thinks of creative ways to ask why and then plenty of methods to help him understand aspects to prove or disprove theories.
