Ordering Parts
Go to the catalog & shopping cart, select the items you want, fill out the form with your address and phone numbers and click Continue. The order process takes you to our secure credit card form. Your card is not charged until the parts ship; the online process does not automatically bill you. Email orders are not accepted, as emails are too casual and often there are mistakes made. The checkout process formalizes your wishes and ensures accuracy and is the fastest way to get your information into our accounting system. Please read the policies page. You can also phone in your order.

The catalog is user friendly - you can’t click a button and accidentally order something you didn’t want. This web site and catalog is oriented towards the informed buyer, so if you need more information about something, please contact California Cycleworks.

Fax
Use the email form or email address shown above to request the California Cycleworks fax number. Use this if you are overseas and placing an order so you can fax your CC#, expiration date, billing address and signature. This is required for overseas orders more than $200. Customers in the US can use this for their orders, too. Using the fax for orders may be slower than the online catalog.
