MH Battery Tank install notes

Tuesday, February 12th, 2008

We got in the first article of the MH tank and sorted out cable routing. This tank makes working with or on the battery a much more direct process compared to stock. Many will appreciate how this tank brings the appearance of the MH900e closer to the original prototype. Much more important is that this tank makes use of the current battery used in all other recent Ducatis: the Yuasa YT12B-BS. This battery is very robust and should make owning a MH900e an easier experience. There are no permanent modifications to the bike required, either! We do eliminate 2 large cables and the re-route most wires up there under and behind the steering stem.

Current status of the tank project: the first article is in and approved. We are working with the manufacturer to improve the area where the large fuel pump flange mounts.

EK **Black** Chain in stock!

Wednesday, March 21st, 2007

Your “Dark” Ducati isn’t dark without one of these! We’re excited to announce stocking of the EK BLACK motorcycle drive chains! Not grey-black like other brands, BLACK. We have a picture of one on our silver and black 2003 Ducati Monster 620 and think it would be amazing on a Monster Dark or 749 Dark! This would probably be a great addition to any of the black painted models like the black S2R1000, black and tang S2R800, and black Multistrada MTS1000.

Our catalog page with the chains and sprockets. Also note how the 520 pitch JT sprocket is black and looks sharp with the black EK chain. The EK MVXZ X-Ring chains in black, red, yellow, and other colors are available in 520 or 525 pitch and feature lightening holes in the inner side plates.

Pics of Fred, our Ducati Monster 620

When Fred modeled for some aftermarket replacement parts we sell, we also did some glamour shots. This sweet little 620 was originally bought by Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit from Beverly Hills Ducati. In this link are the gallery pics.

Buried under e-mail…

Tuesday, February 6th, 2007

Sorry everyone; still crushed. Rather than get caught up (or sleep) this weekend, we got to fix a truck. Then today, our imp of shipping needed the day off. The e-mail count is up to 58 messages… We'll get through them, sorry! Thanks, Chris

Tax Time…

Busy season is starting up…

Monday, January 29th, 2007

We've had a few special projects require a lot of our attention the past couple weeks, so apologies for lagging on replying to support e-mails. We still need to get to a couple e-mails dated near the 17th through 19th. We're not quite ready to announce our latest couple of projects, but I am very excited about the opportunity they represent.

High end laptop for sale…

Thursday, January 25th, 2007

We recently replaced a fullsize laptop with a more portable one and are selling the former one. It's a high end $2200 laptop with HUGE screen. Sale price is $850. Credit card payment ok, but would then need to charge sales tax or ship it out of California. Of course, then you get an invoice/receipt so could claim as an expense.

07 rides in!! (with pics)

Thursday, January 4th, 2007

In case you have had an e-mail or quote that has been lagging, we are finally back on track and working hard at getting caught up. We've had a few of our special projects reach good places and have the time to devote to running the show.

We spent lots of hours over New Year's weekend working on a beautiful Aprilia RS250. It was promised to a customer and they wanted it by the end of the year…
photographic evidence in here…
