DNS change…

As of 4pm Wednesday Oct 1st, we have changed our DNS records on file with our domain registrar. In the bad old days of the internet, this change would take days to traverse. Now, it will traverse in a matter of hours. It could still be a couple days as some servers will hold on to their DNS cache for too long. That’s ok: we have set up the transition such that orders submitted via either the new or old site update the new site’s database with your order information, so no one will be lost. The only notice of the change should be this message!

Apologies for the delayed response in e-mails. We've been buried well lately and it wasn't a help that our shipping clerk needed the day off. Compounding the time waste is that we (I) missed the UPS pickup and now get to drive the boxes to UPS Store. If your e-mail is urgent, please call us. Thanks, Chris

We’re making another vendor / LA trip Thursday, so we’ll suspend shipping. We’re going up to review progress on our next special project. Then, we’ll drop in on the exhaust folks to see their latest work.

Also, please consider that e-mail is not always the most reliable form of communication. There are delays, bad addresses, aggressive spam filters, and inboxes overrun with spam (so the desired content is overlooked).
